Privacy Policy:

We value your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information about you. We use cookies and web beacons on our website to enhance your website experience, but we do not use any personally identifiable information about you. Shipping policy
All our shipping charges are included unless otherwise stated for the lower 48 U.S. States and Canada.

If delivery is not included we will give you a freight quote.  Please note; we do not mark up the shipping cost and will charge you the amount we are charged.

Please take the time to inspect your shipment upon arrival. Should an item arrived damaged in shipping, please do not accept the damaged item without filing a claim with the shipping company, as we are unable to make a claim on your behalf after the delivery is signed for. Any claims for missing items must be filed with Pro Paint Sprayers within 10 business days of receiving your order. If they are not unfortunately we will be unable to replace the items on warranty. If a claim is not filed and noted on the Bill of lading at the time of delivery for the missing items we will not be able to replace the items free of charge.

Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time for most items is 7 to 10 business days from the time your payment clears.  There are some items that may take longer to arrive (i.e. hot boxes, air operated units, etc.) and any modified or custom items may take longer as well.  Please see the product page for the most accurate shipping times.

Payment Policy
We require payment in full before your item is shipped. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Cashiers check and wire transfer.  All prices are $USD currency.  A 13% handling fee will apply to all Canadian orders.

If your shipping address is different than the address you would like your order shipped to, we require that you fill out a signature form to file with your credit card company.

Order Cancellation
In all cases; if we have processed your payment and your purchase has shipped and you then decide to cancel your order, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the cost to ship the order to you and the cost to ship the order back to us. If your order has yet to ship and you cancel your order, you will be charged a $125 fee for cancellation of the scheduled freight order plus a 15% restocking charge.

Refunds / Returns
Once any equipment and or product is purchased and used there is a strict no return policy. We will arrange for service, replace malfunctioning parts and send missing items but in no way shape or form provide a refund once equipment has been used unless a defect can be proven. Should equipment be determined to have a defect, we will repair it or refund your purchase price.  Refunds can only be issued once we have received the items back at our location and confirmed any defect.  Modified or altered items may not be returned.

We provide a 180-day warranty on equipment from the date of purchase.  Any alteration or modification to the equipment will void the warranty.  Any use of the equipment outside the specific instructions provided in the owners manual or instruction pamphlet that accompanies all our equipment will also void the warranty.  We strongly recommend reading the instructions for equipment in full before equipment operation.

Our spray system pumps will not be covered under warranty IF the pump has run dry from improper use. The only way these pump seals can be damaged is if the pump runs dry. If the pump runs dry for 1 minute this will cause the pump to over heat and the seals will burn resulting in a leaking pump. The pump is lubricated and cooled by the actual asphalt sealer. A similar example to this would be if you ran your car engine without oil or coolant. The oil lubricates your car engine and the coolant cools the engine. A car manufacturer would not warranty your engine if you forgot to put coolant or oil in your engine.

Sand in any pump will wear the pump faster and it voids the warranty on the unit. None of our centrifugal pumps can be used with sand: using them with sand will burn out the seals and create long-term motor and engine damage.
